Angamardana – my flexibility study has let me down the yogic path

Your body is everything.

Today I am on my way to a yoga practice workshop to learn Angamardana practice.

For more than 10 years I have been studying the body in different practices and with different perspectives.

One aspect has been flexibility/mobility. I have been gaining a lot of mobility since I couldn’t touch my toes or rest comfortable in a squat… But… I am still restricted, limited and blocked in many places in my body.

There are many ways to increase mobility but at the moment I am diving into meditation and going with a “mobility” practice from the yogic tradition could help me not only gain more flexibility but also others aspects of life.
